Postpartum Doula Services

Bringing a baby home is beautiful, overwhelming, tender, and exhausting—all at once. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to make sure you are supported during this major life transition. I offer calm, non-judgmental care that meets you exactly where you are, whether that looks like hands-on newborn support, evidence-based feeding guidance, emotional reassurance, or simply someone making sure you’ve eaten and rested.

 

My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and never alone in those early weeks. I provide practical help, gentle education, and compassionate presence so you can recover, bond with your baby, and find your footing as a new parent—at your pace, in your way.

Postpartum Doula Packages:

​

​16 Hour Package - Includes 2 visits a week for 2 weeks at 4 hours per visit: $950

​

• Emotional support and reassurance during the early postpartum period

• Newborn care education (feeding cues, soothing, sleep basics, diapering, bathing)

• Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding support)

• Light household support related to baby care (tidying, dishes, laundry)

• Errands

• Meal prep and nourishment support for the birthing parent

• Evidence-based postpartum recovery education

• Partner and sibling support and education

24 Hour Package - Includes 2 visits a week for 3 weeks at 4 hours per visit: $1,500

​

• 1 1/2 Hour Lactation Consultant Appointment 

• Emotional support and reassurance during the early postpartum period

• Newborn care education (feeding cues, soothing, sleep basics, diapering, bathing)

• Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding support)

• Light household support related to baby care (tidying, dishes, laundry)

• Errands

• Meal prep and nourishment support for the birthing parent

• Evidence-based postpartum recovery education

• Partner and sibling support and education

32 Hour Package - Includes 2 visits a week for 4 weeks at 4 hours per visit: $2,200

• 1 Hour Prenatal Lactation Consultant Appointment

• 1 1/2 Hour Postpartum Lactation Consultant Appointment

• Emotional support and reassurance during the early postpartum period

• Newborn care education (feeding cues, soothing, sleep basics, diapering, bathing)

• Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding support)

• Light household support related to baby care (tidying, dishes, laundry)

• Errands

• Meal prep and nourishment support for the birthing parent

• Evidence-based postpartum recovery education

If a package isn't for you, no worries! Book in 4 hour increments at $60/Hr.:
